30 oz(s) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup(s) buffalo sauce
1/4 cup(s) plain Greek yogurt
2 celery stalks, finely diced
1 large carrot, finely diced
1 butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed
1/4 cup(s) crumbled blue cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp(s) olive oil
1 tbsp(s) honey
1/2 tsp(s) garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the drained chickpeas to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften slightly.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
