2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced small
1 1/2 jalapeños, seeded and finely minced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
2 oz(s) lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp(s) salt
cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and dice the 2 ripe mangoes into small, uniform pieces and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Seed the 1 1/2 jalapeños to remove the white membranes and inner seeds, then finely mince them.
3. Add the minced jalapeños to the bowl with the mangoes.
4. Finely dice the 1/2 red onion into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
5. Roughly chop the 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro and add it to the mixture.
6. Mince the 1 garlic clove finely and add it to the bowl.
7. Pour the 2 oz of lime juice over all the ingredients.
